Booking
Procedure & Deposit
Booking a hunting trip with us is easy.
The outfitting business is a service/hospitality
business by nature. We want to provide a trip that best
suites your desires. If you don’t find the perfect
hunting trip listed in our literature that best suites
you, please ask for other options. Often we can custom
tailor a trip just for you.
Booking Your Hunt:
1.) Fill out our “Hunt Booking Form”, and return that to
us with a check for ˝ of the hunt cost as your deposit.
2.) As soon as we receive your booking form and deposit,
we will mail you back a formal receipt with confirmation
of your hunting dates.
3.) The final ˝ payment is due 60 days prior to your
hunt.
Booking Your Hunt More Than 1 Year in Advance:
As a small family hunting service, only taking a limited
volume of hunters annually, we often book hunts 1-3
years in advance. We have a simple & fair system in
which you can secure your future hunting dates by
applying a small initial deposit.
1.) Fill out our “Hunt Booking Form” and return that to
us with a check for 25% of the hunt cost as your initial
deposit to hold your dates.
2.) As soon as we receive your booking form and initial
deposit, we will mail you back a formal receipt with
confirmation of your hunting dates.
3.) One year, 12 calendar months, before the hunt
another 25% of the hunt cost is due, which will then
equal our standard ˝ hunt cost deposit.
4.) The final ˝ payment is due 60 days prior to your
hunt.
Example: If you book a hunt with us during February
2005, for a hunt scheduled for September 2007, you’re
initial deposit of 25% will hold the dates, another 25%
is due during September 2006, and the final 50% payment
is due 60 days prior to the hunt.
Deposits:
Deposits are
NOT refundable.
Your deposit is a commitment from you, to us, that you
are coming on the hunt that you’ve booked. When we
accept your deposit, we are also making a commitment to
provide you with that specific hunt. If you can not come
on the hunt that you’ve booked, please call us
immediately. If you can not make the hunt, for any
reason, you can find a replacement hunter, in a timely
manor, for the same dates and cost. If you do not send a
replacement hunter, within adequate time before the hunt
is scheduled, we will fill the hunt, and you will
forfeit your deposit.
